The Zionist Federation in the U.K. has asked for help in publicising the Rosh Hashana (Jewish New Year) appeal on behalf of Israeli soldier, Gilad Shalit. I’m glad to help. I hope some of you out there in the blogosphere will join me.

“On the 25th June 2006, Gilad Shalit (aged just 19) was kidnapped by Palestinian terrorists in a cross border raid from the Gaza Strip.“He has been held hostage by Hamas ever since.
