From the land flowing with milk and honey comes news of McCann Erickson Israel's digital campaign for DEUS, a new TV series for Israeli teenagers on 'yes' satellite TV. It all happened because some clever guy kept his fingers stuck well and truly in the cookie jar.
The campaign was created to launch the show which features 'DEUS' a 'know-all' super computer.
Digital Buzz explains: "The campaign used cookies to generate personalised banners in real time (a real life DEUS) as part of a massive media buy that caused wide spread panic from parents and kids across the country!" So, now we know (all)!
I've got a sneaking suspicion that the Orthodox rabbis won't approve. But hey! When did they ever like anyone ever having any fun?
