The Christian Gospel - According to Amos Oz!

The Yezreel Valley College, Galilee is preparing to host one of Israel’s most distinguished living novelists for a reading of his latest work.

And when Amos Oz gives fans a taste of The Gospel According to Judas, the setting will be the aptly named  Galilee Centre for Studies in Jewish-Christian Relations.

Prospective attendees may also look forward to a discussion about the figure of Judas in Jewish-Christian relations and a chance to pose some suitably penetrating questions.

The meeting, on Thursday 21 May,  will take place in the college Communications building from 5.30 p.m. 

Dr. Faydra Shapiro, director of  the  G C S J C R asks those interested to pre-register and to state whether they require a headset to hear a simultaneous translation as the presentation will be in Hebrew.
